"Being a HR Manager myself for a private medical company, reading this book was oddly therapeutic as I could relate to it so much! The experiences of a HR professional are varied to say the least and the amount of tact that we need to use on a daily basis is almost unimaginable to any other employee in the organisation. The protagonist Melie’s character is very endearing and her approach to dealing with the various employee “issues” is something to look out for! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would not hesitate to recommend it. If you work in HR, this book will definitely make you smile knowingly or exclaim “Me too!” in empathy."
